- mowing of the commonsJust to let the people who are in charge of hiring the company that mows our commons. They yold me that they are able to run over or even rip your cable and phone line out if it is in their way. Cox informed me that it is a 250 dollar fine for doing so. So if any of you have come home to no pnone or cable it was probably the mowers. Also confronting them is not smart because they are not friendly, if it were up to me they would've been fired that day it happened to me.
- Homeowners DuesAs a boardmember, let me first say that the Cinnamon Creek Homeowners Association web site is at www.cinnamoncreek.50megs.com. This is a web site for real estate sales. If you have a complaint about the Homeowners Assocation, please e-mail me at cinnamon_creek_hoa@yahoo.com. As I am sure the real estate agent running this site will tell you, $35 a year is very reasonable for homeowners dues. The money in the bank will be used to provide for the services currently being done by the SID (maintenance of areas, etc...) once we are annexed by the city and events in the neighborhood, such as Easter Eggs hunt, garage sales, Christmas light contest.
